KP Snacks is supporting the convenience channel in the run-up to Christmas by reintroducing festive editions of KP Nuts, Hula Hoops and POM-BEAR.
KP Nuts’ best-selling caddies and Frosted Nut Mixes will encourage shoppers to trade-up during the festive season, and drive basket spend amongst those looking for quality snack products to share with friends and family. Available from 28 September 2016, the festive range will contribute to the overall success of the crisps, snacks and nuts category, which is worth £53.5m during this period each year (Nielsen 12 w/e 2nd Jan 2016).

With nearly 40% of all KP Nuts sales occurring in the weeks leading up to Christmas day, KP Snacks is bringing back its festive tubs of Jumbo Salted Peanuts, Dry Roasted Peanuts and Honey Roast Peanuts, which contributed to a total KP Nuts delivery of £22m RSV to the category through Christmas 2015 (Nielsen 12 w/e 2nd Jan 2016). Re-sealable sharing packs of KP Original Salted Peanuts, Dry Roasted Peanuts, Spicy Chilli Peanuts, Frosted Maple Syrup and Frosted Honey Roast Nuts will also add variety to the brand’s offering.
Further KP Snacks favourites will be back this year including: Pom-Bear Snowmen, Hula Hoops Stars and KP Cheese Footballs. Each available in formats perfect for sharing, POM-BEAR and Hula Hoops’ iconic shapes have undergone their annual makeover to take on festive shapes and add an element of fun for the whole family.
