Mattessons has launched a new meat snacking range, Savagers.
The Savagers range is made with 100% prime pork, naturally cured over seven days, and is slowly smoked to give “great quality” and an intense flavour. There are two variants in the range, Classic Chorizo and Smoked Salami. They are available in multipack formats, rrp £1.69, and in singles, rrp £0.79.
Hayley Murgett, senior brand manager for Mattessons, said: “86% of consumers believe protein is important for staying healthy and with 6g of protein in every stick of Savagers our new range will provide consumers with that healthier alternative that they constantly seek.
