Walkers has launched a new TV campaign, fronted by brand ambassador Gary Linekar, to support its latest lunch promotion.
The advert, which aired on the May 8 featuring Gary Linekar, backs the lunch campaign from Walkers which kicked off early April and is running until July 11, 2015.The campaign is also heavily supported with strong levels of digital and in store shopper marketing activity to accompany the new TV advert.
Promotional packs of Walkers crisps include a ‘1 in 6 wins a free lunch’ on pack flash and a unique 12-digit code. Consumers will then need to enter the code on the Walkers website - www.walkers.co.uk/lunch - or text 85101 (UK) or 50888 (ROI) to find out if they are a lucky 1 in 6 winner of a free lunch.
Consumers can redeem their free lunch in a number of ways including coupons, the Walkers website or mobile phone app Shopitize. The £4 lunch can be redeemed against Walkers crisps plus any food item (plus a soft drink if they wish).
