Adding a little indulgence to our lives this Christmas is Häagen-Dazs with a limited edition flavour to tempt the tastebuds. 

Marscarpone, passionfruit & truffles will be available for six months. General Mills says that its research suggests that limited edition flavours attract consumers who haven't previously been regular Häagen-Dazs customers. 

The launch will benefit from a £3.2m marketing support for the brand including TV ads.
