TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. To enter this Promotion, fill in the entry form with your name, address, phone number and email and either return it to the Allied Bakeries stand as directed or email it to alliedbakeriestrade@lexispr.co.uk. Please also nominate a community initiative (such as an event for a local hospital or school) which you believe could be worthy of a £2000 grant and provide the following information: name of the initiative, what changes you would like to make, why you feel it would be a good idea, over what time period you would make the changes and the initiative owner’s name. 2. Closing date 10th November 2013. 3. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entering into this Promotion: Allied Bakeries employees and their families, other agents of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion. 4. Employees will be deemed to be entering the Promotion on behalf of their employer and should obtain the permission of their employer before entering the Promotion. They should ensure their employer is aware of the possibility of being required to take part in promotional publicity as outlined in Term 14 below. 5. Entry into this Promotion is free of charge and no payment, purchase or other consideration of any kind is required to enter this Promotion. 6. Entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions. Entries submitted with incomplete information or found not to contain the information required shall be deemed invalid. 7. All submissions including all copyright and other intellectual property rights therein become the property of the Promoter and may be used by the Promoter in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. 8. The prizes consist of: 1st Prize: a cheque for £2000 towards a nominated local/community project; Runner Up Prizes: 2 x £1000 cheque towards a nominated local/community project. 9. The project deemed to be most valuable to the local community will be selected by a panel of judges between 15th November 2013 and 25th November 2013. 10. The winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided at the time of entry into the Promotion by 30th November 2013. If the Winner does not respond within 10 days from the date of first notification, then the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to one of the runners up identified at the time of the original selection of winners. In these circumstances or if any winner declines a prize, the original winner shall forfeit any rights to the prize. 11. The prizes will be delivered in the form of a cheque in the name of the organisation responsible for the winning community project and will be sent once the Promoter has verified the identity of such organisation. Progress of the winning project will be monitored. The Promoter has the right at its discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement and award to a runner up if the Promoter becomes aware of any reason not to be associated with the relevant community initiative or the party responsible for that initiative. 12. No alternative prizes are available for this Promotion. 13. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity, where the Promoter will track their nominated community initiative with visits from both the Promoter and its agency partners. If the winner refuses to participate in the publicity, the prize will be forfeited. 15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion at any time with no liability to any entrant or third party. 16. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted for entries, lost, damaged or delayed in the post 17. By submitting your entry to this Promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
