Brioche Pasquier has announced a partnership with Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, starting with a festive promise to match the funding from the charity’s Christmas Appeal with the Daily Express up to the value of £20,000.
This means that every £1 donated to the appeal will be doubled, up to the value of £20,000 and this will go towards providing the vital specialist care that seriously ill children desperately need.
The charity provides specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children living with complex, lifelong health conditions. With over 150 Roald Dahl Nurses working in NHS Trusts across the UK, together, they care for over 36,000 children, helping them navigate their healthcare journey at home and in the hospital. The Roald Dahl Nurses’ dedication and expertise brings evidenced benefits to families, by reducing A&E visits and hospital admissions; they bring a holistic, ‘make things happen’ kind of care for children and families living with some of the most serious and complex lifelong health conditions.
Ryan Peters, managing director at Brioche Pasquier UK revealed the new relationship,
“We are absolutely delighted to announce our partnership with Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity. As a family business our values are rooted in supporting surrounding communities, and we are proud to be partnering with this wonderful charity who are helping to transform the lives of children and families navigating extremely complex moments of life.”
Louise Griew, chief executive at Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity added: “We are delighted to announce our charity partnership with Brioche Pasquier UK. We believe that every seriously ill child deserves a Roald Dahl Nurse and by working together with Brioche Pasquier UK, we can make a real difference to the lives of children living with complex, lifelong health conditions.”
