Two of the industry's brightest young stars are off to Atlanta, USA, having won the annual ACS Achievement Award.
Nick Brown from James Graven & Sons - the trading name for Cambridgeshire Budgens retailer Jonathan James' stores - won the retailer award, while Bryony Ledger from GlaxoSmithKline picked up the supplier prize. Candidates had to present their vision of the convenience store of the future to a panel of judges.
As part of their prize, they will attend the ACS trip to the North American Convenience Stores convention in Atlanta in November, where they will go head to head with winners of similar competitions.
