Conviviality Plc has appointed former Argos executive David Robinson as managing director of Conviviality Retail, which oversees the group’s franchise store operations.
Robinson had spent 20 years of his career working in senior roles in the retail industry across a range of disciplines including commercial, marketing and operations.
He joins from Home Retail Group where he was most recently chief operating officer of Argos.

“David is ideally placed to continue to develop and grow the Retail business with our franchise partners.”

Conviviality has also appointed Mark Simmonds as commercial finance director of Conviviality Retail.
