The McCoy’s Chips ‘When Flavour Calls’ advert has returned to TV screens (from March 1) in a £1.5m campaign.
The ad, which airs until March 25 and is supported by digital and shopper activity, will drive further awareness of McCoy’s Chips. Reinforcing the brands taste credentials, the campaign will remind consumers that McCoy’s Chips are bursting with flavour, offering a unique opportunity to experience the familiar chip shop chip taste in a convenient bag of crisps.
The launch of Chips has contributed to the strength of the McCoy’s brand which is in double digit MAT growth of +11.3% and currently a £121m brand (Nielsen Data: 27.01.2018).
This year McCoy’s Chips will offer better value for shoppers and consumers with an increase in the sharing bag pack size to 130g (RRP £1.50). McCoy’s Chips are also available in 70g £1 PMPs and in multipacks of six 25g packs (RRP £1.99) and in three intense chip shop flavours; Salted, Salt & Vinegar and Curry Sauce.
