The Health Lottery has rolled out a £1m Point of Sale POS programme to all of its retailers.
The new posters and signs will be in all 9,490 stores across Great Britain and will be used to highlight the £14m of funding the lottery has raised so far for health-related good causes. The poster POS will also contain play instructions and prize information. The Health Lottery hopes to have all stores fitted with the magnetic poster frames and external signs before the end of April.
“This is a significant investment in the development of the Health Lottery’s POS and represents the next stage of our development as a business,” said sales director Tony Holmes. “We will continue to invest heavily in the Health Lottery brand and support retailers in selling tickets.”
Nayim Amin of Best One in Dunstable welcomed the new materials. “I’m really pleased to be one of the first to receive both the magnetic poster frame and external sign,” he said. “They look really good and I believe they will drive sales.”
Retailers can request the POS materials by contacting the Health Lottery on 0843 216 65 00.
