Nisa has created a new operations department to bring IT, member services and logistics within a single management unit.
The new department is headed up by operations director Jonathan Stowe. Under the new structure, Nisa has pledged to drive forward the development of its Epositive and order capture systems, currently more than 20 stores are running the latest ‘Evolution’ version of Epositive. The former head of IT, Dave Morris, is leaving the business and is understood to be joining a competitor.
Stowe commented: “In the fast-paced retail environment it is important that we as a company continue to evolve to meet the ever changing needs of our retailers. The information technology services we provide our retailers are vital to the running of their stores so it is imperative that we continue to drive forward this area and challenge ourselves to create and develop new services to our members.”
