Motor Fuel Group (MFG) is set to add 17 sites to its fast-expanding network of forecourts.
The forecourt operator has completed the acquisition of four stations from FW Kerridge, four stations from Burns & Co, and will complete the purchase of nine stations from Macclesfield-based Manor Service Stations in early October.
The Kerridge sites are located in Kent, Wiltshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire, while the Burns sites are in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The acquisitions will take MFG’s estate to 422 sites.
MFG’s chief operating officer Jeremy Clarke said: “We are delighted to have secured these three long-standing and respected independent forecourt operators.
“These additional 17 stations are geographically well placed for us and will all fit into our model of offering customers a great forecourt and convenience offer with excellent customer service. We now look forward to bringing these new stations into our vibrant MFG network.”
