One Stop Franchisees are being offered extra help to make the most of the growing in-store bakery and food to go opportunity, via a new deal with Country Choice.
The new support package is designed to help franchisees develop their bakery and food to go offerings, with the minimum amount of risk.
In addition to monthly visits from Country Choice representatives and free top-up training when required, One Stop franchisees will also receive a bespoke promotional programme, aimed at exploiting One Stop’s systems and tying in with its promotional timetable.
Stores will also receive two free cases of product for sampling campaigns during their store launch activity and Country Choice will support the agreed module’s waste budget for the first month’s trading - providing retailers meet purchasing requirements.
One Stop Franchise’s head of commercial, Galen Levi, said: “In-store bakery is a growing opportunity - with sales growing by 14% in convenience last year and 44% of shoppers expecting a convenience store to have an in-store bakery.
“The additional benefits we’re giving our franchisees are a reward for the consistency and compliance we can offer throughout our estate.”
