New from Amoy is a teriyaki and toasted sesame seeds stir-fry sauce. The teriyaki variant has been released to provide Chinese food fans with a wider choice and exploit the growing demand for teriyaki. It is hoped the sauce will also capitalise on the £226m ambient Oriental category that is growing 3.5% year on year, according to Amoy. The sauce comes in a 120g pouch and joins Amoy's eight other stri-fry variants. The pouch has been designed to stand up on shelves independently, creating greater standout.
