Jack Link’s is announcing the launch of an updated recipe and pack re-design for its Beef Jerky.
Jack Link’s, which owns Peperami, has updated its recipe so it has no added MSG, no added artificial colours and uses natural spices, enabling the brand to maintain high protein levels.
Founded in the 1880’s and still family-run today, Jack Link’s produces protein snacks made from lean cuts of 100% beef, turkey, chicken and pork.
Pavan Chandra, marketing, Jack Link’s and Peperami says: “With consumers becoming increasingly conscious about their health they can now enjoy the great taste of premium lean beef with the knowledge that it’s a great source of protein.”
Jack Link’s has also spruced up its packaging design and has combined its production and packaging facilities into one place – a move that will significantly reduce its carbon footprint.
Acquiring market-leading Peperami in 2014, the recipe update and re-design of Jack Link’s is set to boost its presence in the UK and bring meat snacking to an even wider audience.
