McCain has announced the launch of a new on-pack promotion for families, which offers shoppers 2-for-1 tickets at thousands of entertainment venues across the country.
Activities include: tree top adventures, go-karting, segway tours, scuba diving, trampolining. The promotion is designed to encourage families to participate in new activities
McCain is working in partnership with Thorpe Park, Legoland, Awesome Walls and Team Sport. The promotion will run for 12 weeks from April.
Mark Hodge, marketing director at McCain, said: “We’re hugely excited to launch the ‘Dare to Do It’ promotion this month. As a brand, we know families and know how expensive it can often be to entertain a family at the weekend.
“That’s why we wanted to partner with a number of the UK’s leading activity partners and adventure organisations, and offer families the chance to try something new with their loved ones for less. With so many different activities on offer – from Tae Kwon Do to scuba diving, and from trampolining to theme parks – there’s something for everyone to enjoy!”
The Dare to Do It promotion will be printed on seven million packs of McCain’s frozen range, including seven different skus. The on-pack promotion will be supported by OOH advertising and in-store marketing activity.
To redeem their 2-for-1 ticket, customers must purchase a promotional pack in-store before entering the code on the McCain website.
