A new premium soft drink, called Buddha Water, has been launched in the UK.

This lightly sparkling water, which contains no artificial flavourings or sweeteners and boasts the addition of Scandinavian Birch sap, comes in six flavours: hibiscus, lemon & lime, mango, cherry, and cranberry, or the original has an apple flavour. 

The Birch sap in the drink contains saponins, which are said to have cholesterol reducing, hydrating and detoxifying effects. It is rich in Vitamin C and Potassium, and nutrients which can help promote healthy skin and flush out unwelcome toxins.
