Fudge Kitchen is expanding its range of handmade caramels and brittles with six new lines, including two dairy-free options.
The new products include a lemongrass & chilli brittle; dairy-free peanut brittle; dairy-free sunflower & pumpkin seed brittle; rose infused caramels; cocoa nibbed caramels; and chocolate nut pavé.
The brand’s brittle lines are made in small 7kg batches using a cooking and cooling process that takes an artisan confectioner an hour to complete.
The updated Fudge Kitchen portfolio is available to independent stores now in 125g servings (rrp £6.50 - £8)
