Quaker Oats, the nation’s favourite porridge brand (Nielsen Scantrack, Total Coverage, Total Cereals, YTD WE 02.07.16), is launching new Oats So Simple Protein Sachets.
Available in two flavours - original (8 x 37.7g, rrp £2.45) and cinnamon (8 x 46g, rrp £2.45) - the new range taps into the protein cereals segment, which has grown by 274% over the last year (Kantar Worldpanel Usage, In Home & Carried Out Breakfast consumption, 52 w/e Jan). The launch will allow retailers to maximise their cereal sales by offering a fast, convenient, nutrient-packed format for existing Quaker shoppers as well as appealing to a new audience looking for a high protein option.
Available from the end of June across grocery and impulse channels, the Quaker Oats So Simple Protein Sachets comprising of 100% wholegrain oats and soy, with 20g of protein per 100g.
