Petty, Wood has rolled out a new line of five fish Tapas dishes under its own brand label Epicure. The range includes stuffed squid in garlic sauce, octopus in garlic sauce, muscles in Spanish tomato sauce, mackerel fillets in Spanish tomato sauce, and mackerel fillets in Spanish pickle sauce. Epicure now provides independent retailers with more than 200 own label products. Further npd is planned for later this year.
