Rivermill Foods has introduced a range of Italian biscuits under its Loyd Grossman brand. The four products - cantucci with honey, cantucci with chocolate, ricciarelli and pinolini - are produced in a small Italian bakery using traditional methods. The introduction of the Italian biscuits follows the launch of a number of speciality breads eight months ago.
