Unilever Ice Cream and Frozen Foods is introducing a new range of Birds Eye frozen mashed potato products. Classic and Dijon mustard flavours take three minutes to microwave. Birds Eye category manager Rob Owen says: “Consumers are driven by a more health conscious attitude, resulting in a 32.5% growth in frozen mashed potato products.”
