Stockists of retro sweets will be delighted to hear about the revamp of Taveners Proper Sweets weigh-out jars, which promise to keep confectionery fresher for longer. The foil lids, designed by brand owner Tangerine Confectionery, will improve the quality of the 'unwrapped' confectionery. Sweets that will benefit from the change include sherbet lemons, kola cubes, pear drops and rhubarb and custards.
