Wrigley is adding Skittles Wild Berry, Sours, Confused (all 125g) Starburst Originals (150g) and FaveReds (125g) to its range of £1 pricemarked hanging bags.
The firm hopes the move will enable retailers to further capitalise on the growing consumer trend towards value by offering a wider choice at a fixed price point.
PMP cases and individual packs will carry a prominent £1 price flash and the range will be supported by an outdoor poster campaign as well as in-depot with POS material.
Dan Newell, Wrigley Confections marketing manager says: “Consumers are looking for value for money and choice, which is why we’re adding further variety to our popular price marked packs range.
“The £1 rrp price point is a key sales driver for the convenience channel, as it provides consumers with the assurance that their purchase is good value.
