Yoplait has launched Skyr Energy, a high-protein yoghurt that contains real fruit pieces, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D.
It comes in two flavours: Strawberry & Blackcurrant and Mango & Passionfruit which comes in 2 x 140g packs (rrp: £2). According to Nielsen research, protein yoghurt is currently the fastest growing segment of the total Chilled, Yoghurt and Dairy (CYD) category +43.6% year-on-year and now worth £153m. Yoplait believes there is an opportunity for Skyr Energy around snacking occasions as people seek healthier snacking alternatives to keep them fuelled for longer.

Yoplait is supporting the launch of Skyr Energy with a targeted in-store and out of home campaign which includes sampling in office workplaces, social and digital support and an influencer campaign to help drive awareness and trial.
