Yorkshire Provender has revealed the flavours of its two autumn soup additions.
The “magnificently mushroomy” Mushroom Soup with Wholegrain Black Rice contains Riso Gallo Venere Black Rice as well as Regato, which is an Italian-style hard cheese.
In addition, Super Broccoli & Lancashire Cheese Soup, which also includes creamy leeks and nutmeg, completes the line-up. The recipes, described as “rich and warming” in time for autumn, were created by founder Belinda Williams.
The soups, priced at £2.49, are gluten-free, have no added sugar, hidden nasties or hydrogenated fats.
