Co-op relaunched its Pangbourne, near Reading, store this week, following a six-week programme of works and improvements to transform the building.
Located in The Square, Pangbourne, the 3,000 sq.ft. store supports 16 local jobs and re-launches with an in-store bakery and Costa Coffee Express, alongside an enhanced focus on fresh, healthy and chilled produce. Works have also been carried out back-of-shop including improved storage and refrigeration to enable the store to better serve the community.
Ida Baginsaka, store manager, said: “The whole team is delighted to have had the opportunity to invest in Pangbourne - the store has been transformed with a fresh new look and layout, it looks brand new. We’re really looking forward to welcoming our members and customers back into their Co-op.”
