Thatchers Cider has released its 2011 Vintage Cider, made from specially selected apple varieties from this year’s crop. The product is crafted at Thatchers’ Myrtle Farm in Somerset, using traditional techniques. Thatchers 2011 Vintage is a medium dry, fresh and softly rounded cider, which at 7.4% has a fruity, floral aroma.
