A.F. Blakemore has announced the appointment of Nicola McIntosh as its new chief people officer.
McIntosh previously served as executive board director of people and organisational development at Rotherham, Doncaster, and South Humber NHS Trust.
In this role, she led a team of 120 and played a ”key role” in navigating the Trust’s workforce through the Covid-19 pandemic.
Carol Welch, chief executive at A.F. Blakemore, explained the company’s commitment to customers and colleagues and expressed their excitement to welcome McIntosh to the team: “Nicola brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams, particularly during challenging times.
