There’s a lot going on at Select & Save. Alongside rolling out a new identity across its UK estate, the symbol group is also soon set to release information about its new management team - described as “the youngest in the industry,” as well as shortly announcing a new supply partner.
In a bid to distinguish itself from what it calls a “bland and static market”, Select & Save’s image has been revamped to enhance inclusivity and visual appeal, with its new concept featuring a distinctive layout with an upgraded colour system assigning specific colours to each section for an improved shopping experience.
Founder and CEO, Kam Sanghera, said: “This is part of our wider strategy to differentiate ourselves in the market. We’re making the conscious decision to invest, enabling us to grow organically as a group by recruiting retailers that share our principles.”
The group’s new retailer package includes rebates of up to 5.5% and various other incentives. Notably, Select & Save offers a Relief Manager service at no cost, allowing retailers to take well-deserved breaks - a first in the industry.
The first rebranded Select & Save store is now open at Calder Drive, Walmley, Birmingham.
