Following the news earlier this week that it is to replace its own brand range with Tesco’s equivalent, retailer One Stop has brought in new lines across its biscuits, cereals and beverages categories.
Henry Maulik, head of product, explained a little about the move: “We’re thrilled to be able to offer healthier breakfast and snacking products. As customers become more health conscious, it’s important we’re able to fulfil their needs. Adding lines such as Oatly Oat Drink 1 litre, Go Ahead Fruit Slices Apple 4 pack, Quaker Apple & Blueberry Porridge Pot 57g, Kellogg’s Fruit n Fibre 500g and Belvita Soft Bakes Choc Chips 250g will enable us to provide more variety.”
Alongside meeting this need, One Stop also continue to tap into newer, trend-setting lines for the younger audience such as Bubbleology Passion Fruit Bubble Tea and Fuel10k Chocolate Breakfast Drink 330ml.
As well as bringing in Weetabix Chocolate 24’s, Kellogg’s Fruit n Fibre 500g, Nestle Cheerios Honey 370g and Kellogg’s Coco Pops Chocos 430g, One Stop’s cereal fixture has also had a revamp. “To support the customer mission, we reviewed how we merchandised our cereals. Customers can find what they’re looking for with much more ease, and more on-the-go breakfast items,” Henry added.
One Stop have brought in a variety of instant hot drinks, enabling customers to enjoy café-like beverages from the comfort of their own home. New lines include Nescafe Original 3in1 8 sachets, Nescafe Quality Street Green Triangle Mocha 7 sachets and Cadbury Instant Hot Chocolate 28g.
