Jisp has marked the three-year anniversary of its Scan & Save app achieving impressive performance figures and receiving high praise from its retailers.
Since its launch in 2021 Scan & Save has earned retailers almost £6m while shoppers have saved over £2.2m in that time. Total scans of the app’s AR vouchers also broke through the five million mark, with redemptions leading to sales topping four million.
The number of registered Scan & Save stores also hit 1,000 for the first time since launch, continuing the impressive recruitment of new retailers, while registered Scan & Save users grew to 123,000.
“Scan & Save has been a massive success across our store estate delivering great results in terms of increased sales, footfall and loyalty,” said Kevin Polley, operations manager at Kash Retail. “It’s now an invaluable part of our store offering driving repeat visits and incremental sales for us, while bringing fantastic savings on leading brands to our customers. Our customers also get the added benefit of loyalty rewards which are converted to cash value vouchers.”
With the cost-of-living crisis still taking its toll, Scan & Save’s popularity has grown significantly as retailers look to offer value in their stores in a way that rewards loyalty and keeps shoppers coming back for more. “Since signing up we’ve seen increased sales and footfall in store,” added Jav Iqbal of Nisa Feltham Road. “This is great for our customers pockets and for us, as we build a trust in the community while gaining more sales. It’s a win-win for both parties.”
