Premier Foods has launched an on-pack promotion with Cadbury Cakes to give shoppers in the UK and Ireland the chance to win instant cash.
The ‘Find the Golden Token, Win Cash’ promotion will run across Cadbury Mini Rolls and Cake Bars. Over 1,000 golden tokens will be placed inside packs of Cadbury Cakes and lucky shoppers who find one will win £1,000, £100 or £10 prizes. If customers find one of the shiny golden tokens, they can claim the allotted cash prize online. Customers can also win prizes by entering the wrap up draw.
Naomi Shooman, global brand marketing director for sweet treats at Premier Foods, says: “These products are firm favourites with customers, and we’re pleased to be adding some extra excitement with this on-pack promotion. With 94% of consumers saying they buy cake for enjoyment [Kantar], we’re also giving retailers something to generate a buzz around.”
The Cadbury Cakes on-pack promotion will run until 25th August 2023. Shoppers can claim their prize up until 5th September 2023.
