The Sun’s Superdays promotion has returned for the first time this year, offering readers two free tickets to Alton Towers Resort worth over £100.
Readers can collect nine codes from the newspaper until April 9 and bank them via Sun Savers for the best chance of claiming their prefered dates to see additional attractions including: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Legoland Windsor Resort and Thorpe Park Resort.
Designed to boost newspaper sales, The Sun publisher News UK is hoping the campaign will reach a wide audience, with supporting activity running across TV, radio and digital platforms.
Point of sale activations will also be made available to c-stores and independents looking to drive further footfall during the promotional period.
Neil Spencer, retail director for News UK, said: “We know that Sun Superdays and our growing Hols from £9.50 promotion are loved by customers and continue to drive footfall into stores. It pays for retailers to know their newspapers and remind customers of the benefits of our latest promotions.
”Whether it’s telling passing customers about our ticket giveaways to Alton Towers or reminding loyal shoppers of the benefits of being a Sun Savers member, working together with an army of retail advocates we can keep readers in print and in your store.”
